Group Therapy

What To Expect
Who is it for?
Each group will offer a welcoming environment where rules and expectations will be provided to the participants. Confidentiality and respect of group members is our top priority to ensure a safe space for all participants. During the group each participant will have the opportunity to:
-
Participate in guided art experinces
-
Reflect on personal experiences
-
Share at your own comfort level
-
Build supportive connections with others
-
Engage with like-minded individuals
-
Build community
Our groups welcome all people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, and artistic abilities who are seeking connection, emotional support, and opportunities for personal growth.
Group therapy may be beneficial if you have tried individual therapy and are seeking additional communal support. It may also be a great start for someone who has not tried individual therapy yet, but would like to seek support from peers and, a trained therapist but, may not be ready for individualized treatment.
