Refund and Cancellation Policy

Conexión Creative Arts Therapy is committed to providing clear and transparent payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Please review the following information before scheduling a service or registering for an event.

Therapy and Coaching Appointments

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged. If payment was collected in advance, it may be refunded or applied to a future appointment.

Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Late-cancellation and missed-appointment fees are generally not reimbursable by insurance.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, sudden illness, severe weather, or other circumstances at the discretion of Conexión Creative Arts Therapy.

Refunds are not available for therapy or coaching sessions that have already been provided.

Insurance Payments

Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, including copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and services that may not be covered.

Any refund resulting from an insurance adjustment, duplicate payment, or overpayment will be issued after the insurance claim has been processed and the correct client responsibility has been confirmed.

Workshops, Groups, and Events

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page:

• A full refund may be requested at least seven days before the scheduled event.

• Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the event are nonrefundable, but the registration may be transferred to another person or applied as a credit toward a future eligible event, when possible.

• Missed workshops, groups, or events are nonrefundable.

• If Conexión Creative Arts Therapy cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their payment to a future event.

For multi-session groups or programs, refunds are not available once the program has begun unless otherwise stated in the registration agreement.

Digital Materials and Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of digital products, payments for downloadable materials are nonrefundable once the materials have been accessed or delivered, except when the product is defective, inaccessible, or was purchased more than once by mistake.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Any payment-processing fees retained by a third-party platform may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Conexión Creative Arts Therapy reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will apply to future purchases and bookings and will be posted on this page.
